1. Purpose of the Platform
MEDIA 3 APP is a discovery and connection platform designed to help local clients find and connect with creative professionals (“Creatives”) for in-person services. Our role is limited to facilitating initial contact between users; we do not participate in or monitor any subsequent transactions, communications, or interactions.
2. No Guarantees of Business Outcomes
MEDIA 3 APP does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to revenue, leads, bookings, or engagement. Success on the platform is dependent on a variety of factors outside of our control, including but not limited to market demand, individual talent, pricing, and user initiative.
3. In-Person Interactions & Liability
As our platform facilitates connections for in-person services, all users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. MEDIA 3 APP does not vet or monitor individual users, and is not liable for any incidents, disputes, damages, or outcomes that may occur before, during, or after any in-person meeting or service. While we encourage a safe and respectful experience, all interactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
4. Voluntary Information Disclosure
Creatives may submit personal and professional information, including contact details, portfolio links, and images. This information is submitted voluntarily and may be publicly visible to potential clients on the platform. MEDIA 3 APP is not responsible for the consequences of sharing personal data. We advise users to exercise discretion and avoid sharing sensitive information unless necessary and appropriate.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to:
Use the platform respectfully and lawfully.
Not impersonate others or submit misleading or fraudulent information.
Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior toward other users.
Not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes.
MEDIA 3 APP reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these standards.
6. Content Ownership & Usage
By submitting any content (text, images, videos, links), you grant MEDIA 3 APP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content on our platform and promotional channels, solely for purposes related to service promotion or platform visibility. You retain full ownership of your content.
7. Platform Availability & Updates
We strive to keep MEDIA 3 APP up and running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEDIA 3 APP and its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to personal injury, data loss, or financial loss related to services booked through the app.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEDIA 3 APP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
MEDIA 3 APP may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Your home State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
